Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge, freezer, and two sink bowls. Small sitting room which is more or less a reading area. Dining room that sits four persons. Laundry room with wash and dryer. The kitchen, Sitting, and dining have seafront views, but the bedrooms do not. A small landing/ balcony overlooking the front garden and sea views is Ideal for breakfast for two or chilling with a drink. Small-trained dogs are accepted by responsible owners. Perfect for a retired couple or a family.
