Description

New Office Block to be completed and ready for occupancy in early November. This office block comprises of 6 floors, each floor measuring approximately 71sq meters (ground floor around 40 sqm). Each floor of this block has a lateral layout, therefore every desk can have beautiful marina and Valletta views. Every floor is to be served by a new Schindler lift and is being offered fully furnished to a very high standard including Daikin air-conditioning, toilet facilities, kitchenette and data points including floor boxes on every floor.
