The average asking price was €3,636 per square metre.
46,591 properties were advertised to rent, at a median asking rent of €1,500 per month.
St. Julian's carried the most stock for sale, with 1,237 listings at a median of €780,000 and an average of €5,045 per square metre.
The highest average price per square metre among localities with meaningful stock was Sliema, at €5,305.
Apartments were the most common type advertised for sale, at 9,350 of the 21,862 listings.

Price changes compare each listing with itself: only listings advertised at both ends of a month are counted, so the figure cannot move because of which agencies were scraped that month. Changes beyond 0.5x or 2x are excluded as data corrections rather than market movements. A month is published only where at least 475 listings were tracked throughout it.
Every figure is derived from listings advertised on MaltaHouses at the date above, counted with the same rules the rest of the site uses.
